Deciding to see a psychologist can be daunting. It is sometimes difficult to acknowledge that you might need help and being ready to talk about it can take some time. Many of us hesitate to talk about our private lives with a complete stranger, however most people who have seen a psychologist report the benefits of working through their difficulties.

A Clinical Psychologist can assist by assessing your thoughts, feelings and coping style; exploring and tracing their origins; and helping you to develop effective ways of managing your difficulties to enhance wellbeing. Our sensitive and effective approach to therapy is informed by current thinking and research and is tailored to your individual needs.
