CentrePsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a confidential counselling service to employees.
EAP is a service provided by your Employer at no cost to you.
Most employers recognise the importance and value of assisting their employees to manage life stress. This can include difficulties which arise in the workplace or in your personal life.
Confidentiality
Counselling provided by CentrePsych through your EAP is strictly confidential and your employer will only know you have accessed the service if you choose to tell them.
CENTREPSYCH Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution
At times, interpersonal difficulties can impact on your ability to function at work. If you have a problem with someone at work, and you report this to your employer, we can provide you with independent Mediation and Conflict resolution services.
CENTREPSYCH Trauma Response in the Workplace
CentrePsych Psychologists can provide prompt and professional assistance by responding to crises in the workplace. Critical incidents can be potentially traumatic as they may give rise to psychological injury to employees. These include such events as:
*Violence and assault
*Armed hold-ups
*Death or injury of employees or their families
CentrePsych Psychologists have experience in providing counselling and trauma management across a range of critical incidents. Our intervention is informed by current research on critical incident and trauma response.
Onsite Trauma Response
CentrePsych Psychologists can be on-site within specified rapid response times to provide individual and/or group psychological first-aid.
